What media do you use for your printed collage sheets?
PaperWhimsy printed collage sheets are printed on high-quality heavyweight matte paper on a professional ink jet printer with genuine Chromalife 100® inks. These images work well with wet media and good success has been had with wet transfer methods.
What is your Angel Policy?
The images contained in any PaperWhimsy collage sheets including but not limited to those within the Collage Images or Hybrid Images categories, are copyrighted © and the following Angel Policy applies:
Any reproduction of PaperWhimsy images, either singly or by the sheet, by any electronic or mechanical means, i.e. photocopying, scanning, photographing, etc. is strictly prohibited.
PaperWhimsy images may not be used for the creation of art that will be incorporated in collage sheets or collage discs to be sold, given away or used by other artists in their work.
If you have created an original artwork using original PaperWhimsy images and you wish to sell your original work, then by all means, go for it!
If you wish to reproduce any of your original artwork incorporating PaperWhimsy images for mass distribution or sale, i.e. print runs of 50 or greater per artwork, please contact Gale Blair for licensing fees for the use of PaperWhimsy images in your project.
If you wish to scan and publish your original artwork to your blog please feel free to do so. Crediting PaperWhimsy for images used in your work is awesome but not required.
If you wish to submit work which incorporates PaperWhimsy images to print publications, I wish you well. If you are published and PaperWhimsy is credited in your description please contact me - I have a little gift for you.

What format are your digital collage sheets (digisheets)?
PaperWhimsy Digital Collage sheets from the Collage Images category come in an immediate download in a PDF format.
All you need to get started is a free Adobe Acrobat Reader (click HERE if you need a reader) and a photo printer. The Terms of Use and how to print come with each PDF download so you'll be printing within minutes of checking out and creating in no time.
We
also have a Hybrids Images category of download images that
is perfect for digital artists. The Hybrids Images range from PNG, JPG
and occasionally PDF.
What are the Terms of Use for your PDF downloads and Hybrid Image downloads?
All images contained in PaperWhimsy collage sheets are protected under U.S. Copyright as well as International Copyright laws as original and/or derivative works. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be aware of these Terms of Use. All PaperWhimsy images are for personal use, only. By purchasing and downloading any of the PaperWhimsy images from either the Collage Images category or the Hybrid Images category you are agreeing to abide by the following terms:

You will not redistribute PaperWhimsy images in any form. When you purchase downloaded images they are intended for your personal use, only; do not share them, sell them or give them away.

You will not mass-produce your artwork containing any PaperWhimsy images, for commercial use, without first obtaining written permission from Gale Blair for the use of PaperWhimsy images. In cases of large distributions there is a licensing fee. Small runs of 50 prints or less from a single artwork will not incur a licensing fee. Help! Can you resend my downloads? My computer crashed!
We are happy to renew download links for up to 30-days after date of purchase. Requests to renew download links older than 30-days cannot be accommodated.
The best defense against computer crashes and the loss of your files is to create back-ups on CD or DVD so you can load them back onto your new computer. And/or use an online backup service or cloud storage that will safely store all your files for you in the event of the catastrophic loss of all your wonderful downloads and photos. Google "online backup services" for more information.

GOOD NEWS! There is no shipping fee on printed paper collage sheets shipping to US locations! This offer is good for continental US addresses, only. If you are located outside the US, shipping charges will be applied and an invoice emailed to you for shipping charges. International customers, please refer to our International Shipping Guidelines, below.

What are your shipping times?
Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday. Orders generally take 4-10 business
days to ship. During high volume periods, i.e. the holidays or large sales, shipping times can be longer. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and
holidays that fall on a week day, are not business days.
Do you ship overseas?
Absolutely! All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with no exceptions.
International Customers, please read these shipping guidelines in their entirety:
An initial shipping charge will be applied to your order at the time of checkout.
This shipping charge is the medium International Priority Flat Rate box charge that was set by our USPS in 2011. Once your order is completed, boxed and weighed for shipping we will determine the least expensive International Priority Mail shipping method and refund any overage back to you less $1.00 we use toward packaging materials.
You can get a fairly good idea of your shipping charges by using the USPS Postage Price Calculator found HERE. Select your destination, select 'Package', enter the estimated weight (remember that the weight of the box and packaging materials must be included in the total weight of your package), click 'Continue', Select 'Priority Mail International Options' to view prices.
If you are purchasing just printed collage sheets or a very small item, you can submit your order as if paying by check. We will invoice you through PayPal for the total of your order with exact shipping + $1.00 for shipping materials. Do not use this method of ordering if it is clear that your items will not fit in a 9"x12" envelope or a 5-3/8"x8-5/8"x1-5/8" box.

Customs Information: Please note that all orders shipped outside the U.S. will go through customs. Your country's customs will determine if there is a duty on your package and said duty is your responsibility. We have no control over a county's customs guidelines.
The true value: of an order, less shipping, is correctly stated on export documentation and a copy of your invoice is included in your package. Orders going overseas are marked as Merchandise unless they are a gift.
Restocking Fee on cancelled international orders: We provide information on our website regarding our shipping policies for international locations. It is the responsibility of the customer to review our shipping policies, as well as the shipping costs for their location which can be found HERE on the USPS website, before placing their order. Any orders submitted and then cancelled due to cost of shipping will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
About our international shipping charges (International Customers, Please Read): We have discovered, in the 11 years we've been in business, that most orders that require shipping require a box. When our USPS implemented ZONES for all countries approx three years ago, estimating shipping charges became impossible as each country, hundreds of them, incurred a different shipping charge for every imaginable weight and size of package.
The easiest solution for us was to choose the medium International Priority Mail Flat Rate Box charge which was a uniform price no matter the destination outside the US. We chose the medium box because the small flat rate box is miniscule and very seldom do we have orders small enough to fit in one of those.
Rather than understate shipping charges to lure the customer in we decided to be practical and state a shipping charge that would, in all likelihood, cover the cost of shipping and in most cases provide the customer with a shipping rebate once the order was packaged and weighed. No surprises unless it's a pleasant one.
Our current shipping charge for medium flat rate Priority Mail International packages going to locations outside the US is a price that expired three years ago. The cost as of 1/27/2013 is actually $58.95, now. However, we've discovered that the price we set back in 2010 seems to cover, in most instances, a package going overseas.
Please understand, we are not making any money on the shipping charges for packages traveling overseas. We find the charges unfortunate and wish they were more reasonable but we have no control over what our USPS decides to charge us to ship packages to your lovely homes in locations across our great planet. In every instance, though certainly not as exciting, shipping a package from us to you is much cheaper than you flying over here to pick it up. Plus, I live in Indiana - not an especially exciting place to visit. :)

Do you backorder?
At this time we are not equipped to offer backorders. If an item you've ordered is not in stock, we refund the purchase price of that item back to you at the time your order is packed for shipment.
Can I place my order over the phone?
PaperWhimsy is a web-based shoppe, therefore, you must use the shopping cart to place your order. If, for whatever reason, you cannot or do not wish to complete your order using a credit card or PayPal online, you can select the "Check" option and mail a check.
Please be sure to submit your shopping cart when paying by check so that the items you are ordering are placed on hold for you. Instructions for mailing your check and how it should be made out will be included in your initial invoice.
We must receive your check within seven (7) business days or your order will be canceled and the items you've ordered will be released back into inventory.
Is your checkout process secure?
You betcha! Our website is verified by Comodo, Inc. When you click on the checkout button you are taken to a secure web page that uses a high grade encryption (AES-256 256 bit) making the checkout process very secure. We are also PCI Compliant, certified by McAfee®SECURE.
What is your privacy policy?
